Who we are

The Agave. Dressing in Nature, Nature to Dress.

AGAVE is an idea, an idea by Ricca Vincenzo, which takes its name from a plant that he really likes: the agave.

The idea of create, to produce, to select, choose clothing for men, woman and child which have been packaged from the beginning with ecological processes that biologically respect nature, to the benefit of health and the environment.

For his garments Vincenzo uses 100% top quality fabrics natural fibres for physical and emotional well-being, because natural fibers are alive…...and they breathe together with the body of the wearer.

Natural fibers are pleasant to the touch and pleasant to wear, highly breathable, they avoid bacterial proliferation, which causes bad odors and allergies.

The fabrics that are used are made of fibre organic cotton, linen, sheep's wool, alpaca wool and hemp .

Vincenzo offers many articles with hemp fabrics, a fiber that he is keen to make known as thanks to its molecular structure it is hypoallergenic, it is protective because it filters ultraviolet rays and protects from electromagnetic fields, it maintains the body temperature remaining cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter.

Furthermore, it is a plant that does not require much care for its cultivation, indeed it rebalances the land where it is grown, therefore it is a potential economic resource for our country that can be used in various fields. Let's also not forget that in the 1950s Italy was one of the largest producers of hemp.

Using these products means contributing to a new rebalancing between technology and the environment, to encourage an industry that is increasingly closer to nature, it also and above all means seeking that physical well-being, which then also becomes psychological, which many synthetic garments or those dyed with dyes full of heavy metals steal from us causing problems such as allergies, itching, lack of perspiration in our body.

I like to make my own patterns. With experience as a pattern maker behind me, I like the simple, comfortable and elegant lines, which highlight the fabric of the garment.

My t-shirts can be worn with a pair of jeans, but also as an under-jacket at a ceremony.


Mine hemp and linen shirts they have classic lines.

They are suitable for sportsmen, who wear them without a tie, and for businessmen who want a touch of more natural elegance.

The shirts from woman in linen, hemp or cotton , they are simple and usually highlight the silhouette of the person wearing them.

However, I also have items for people who wear larger sizes, in fact in some items I make XXL and XXXL sizes.


At Agave boutique, I draw what I feel and feel what I draw and this combination helps make everything more lively. I choose fabrics and colors, patterns, sizes, finishes, borders, hems, necklines.........

The production of Agave atelier it's a small one artisanal production.
Few items, few pieces per size.
I like change patterns, colors and models every year, so you will hardly find what you purchased.

Our job, and above all Vincenzo's job, consists in finding the fine yarns , get them weave , choose any colors ......


Vincenzo has experience of model maker , therefore realizes first hand the models of the garments.
