Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout Italy, including islands, at a fixed cost starting from 8.00 Euros.

Depending on the courier chosen, delivery times vary.

For orders over 250.00 Euros shipping is free.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Standard shipping takes about 5-7 business days during normal season. In December and June, shipping times may be longer. Our express courier delivers within 24 working hours, for most Italian locations, with the exception of islands and logistically disadvantaged locations for which it may take up to 72 working hours.

A tracking code will be communicated to the customer as soon as the express courier has taken charge of the order. With this code it will be possible to know the status of the shipment at any time.

What do I do if I don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If the item is not delivered on time, please let us know and we will locate it. In the event that the order cannot be redirected within 24 hours, we will refund the shipping costs.

Which items can be returned?

Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been worn or washed, they must still have our brand tag. Naturally, in the event that an item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately and we will refund you the full cost of the item, subject to verification of actual damage.

What is the return fee?

Returns are free except for shipping costs. Shipping to the sender in the event of a return is the responsibility of the customer.

Return of goods if they arrive damaged

If for some reason one or more items arrive damaged at your address, contact us immediately at shop.agave@libero.it and explain the extent of the damage. We will try to reply to you as quickly as possible. However, our packaging is safe.

In the event of damaged goods, we may request the return of the same or the sending of a photo by email with a description of the damage in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.

I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a receipt in order to be returned. In that case they will be treated as a normal return, and you will receive a gift card with a value corresponding to their current selling price. Gifts can be returned within 28 days of the date they were purchased.

Return procedure

When you want to return an item, please let us know immediately at the address: shop.agave@libero.it and explaining the reason and/or extent of the damage, or why you are returning the item. We will try to reply to you as quickly as possible. In case of emergency we always recommend contacting us by telephone at no. 39 339 6160015 (Vincenzo) or 39 3396160015 (Antonella).

Timings

– send the refund request and the reason for it via email no later than 14 days after receiving the package.

– within 48 hours of sending the email and no later than 14 days of receiving the package, send the return package at the customer's expense, to the address:

Returns of items that conform to the order they were placed are not accepted worn, washed, without our brand label.

Return procedure - payment refund

When an item is returned to us, we evaluate that it has not been worn, that it still has our tag, that it is not damaged, after which the refund procedure is activated which has two methods:

  1. a is issued discount coupon of the same amount as the goods purchased. The discount voucher does not expire and can be used online or in our physical store. The discount voucher issued is communicated to the customer via e-mail and via text message to the same contact details that the customer indicated when checking out the order. The discount voucher has an 8-digit alphanumeric code and is strictly personal. It can also be given by the customer to friends and relatives, but we are not responsible for it. In the event of a transfer, it is advisable to notify us via e-mail: shop.lagave@libero.it.
  2. is returned to the customer
  3. value of the goods net of a 3% penalty
  4. , which is nothing more than a reimbursement of expenses incurred by us for the collection and reversal of the online payment. Payment to the customer is usually made by canceling the online transaction made at the time of purchase, or by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by the customer.
